CSI project provides 65 staff with a weekly hamper

The client, based in Randburg, wanted a food garden that would provide her 65 staff with a food hamper each week containing organic, fresh, clean produce.

1. Work begins preparing a virgin garden (17m x 30m). First comes fencing, irrigation and the making of rich organic compost from scratch.

2. The first harvest less than 3 months later

3. Beds complete and staff build lovely scarecrows to keep the birds from eating the broccs
