The client, based in Randburg, wanted a food garden that would provide her 65 staff with a food hamper each week containing organic, fresh, clean produce.
The beginning – just grass

All soil for this project made from scratch on the property using manure, straw, leaves, grass, kitchen waste
- 1. Work begins preparing a virgin garden (17m x 30m). First comes fencing, irrigation and the making of rich organic compost from scratch.
2. The first harvest less than 3 months later
3. Beds complete and staff build lovely scarecrows to keep the birds from eating the broccs
